Release of Information

We required a written release of information, signed by the client, in order for us to talk to any third party. If you would like us to talk to a third party about your tax or financial information, please complete this form and return it to our office.

Third Party Verification Letters

The Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants has published an article warning CPAs of the pitfalls associated with comfort letters provided by CPAs to lenders. The full article can be found here. As a result, our firm's policy is to not issue comfort letters to lenders.

Business Use of Home

If you own a business and your business has exclusive use of part of your home, you may be entitled to a deduction for the business use of your home. Use this worksheet to determine the amount of the reimbursement check that the business should write to you each month.
